Vinification.

Soft pressing of the grapes and filtering of the must before it is fermented in pressure tanks (Charmat methode) at low temperature.

Tasting Notes.

Light straw yellow colour with typical gold hues. Fruity and fresh bouquet with aromas of banana, white flowers and citrus fruits. Sweet and well-balanced taste with an elegant and persistent perlage.

Food suggestions.

Ideal with desserts, fruits and pastries. Serve at 8 °C. To drink while still young.
